12 Week Challenge winners one year on: Martina Rosenberger

Martina was the Keep It Lean national winner in the 2013 challenge.

“The challenge gave me confidence, strength and renewed belief in myself. I moved on to a more promising job, became a single mum, completed my 500 hour Diploma of Yoga Teaching and I’ll continue with my Advanced Diploma of Yoga Teaching this year.

I’m living a healthier, more active and happier life. I’m making better food choices, eating more consciously, valuing the benefits of regular exercise and trying to find some me-time. I formed good habits during the challenge that I'm still practicing today – regular exercise, and waking early for my daily personal yoga practice.

My tip for challengers? Give it your best shot! It’s just 12 weeks out of your whole life but has the potential to change your whole life!”
