Your Fernwood

Your Fernwood

When you become a Fernwood member, you'll get access to our 28-day Your Fernwood program to help kick-start your healthy habits. 

The online program covers all aspects of health and fitness, including:

  • Weekly standard or vegetarian meal plans based on the Mediterranean diet
  • Daily health, fitness and lifestyle articles and videos to keep you motivated
  • Access to a library with over 700 healthy and delicious recipes
  • An exercise library with workouts suitable for beginners to advanced

The program starts every Monday and is included in your membership.



Empower is a 6-week wellness program, designed to equip women with the tools to live their most authentic life. The program, created in conjunction with Deakin University, focuses on stress management, the creation of values-based goals and desires, as well as learning self-acceptance and loving kindness. 

The Empower program includes:

  • Weekly online learning activities
  • A weekly live Empower workshop at your Fernwood club
  • Meditations
  • Basic yoga postures
  • Daily reflection in your Empower Journal

The program is run multiple times throughout the year. Chat to your club’s reception to learn more and to book your place. Not offered at all Fernwood clubs.
