MyFernwood is our online hub packed with everything you need to know about fitness, healthy eating, and transforming your mindset. MyFernwood members have access to:

Empower is a 6-week wellness program, designed to equip women with the tools to live their most authentic life. The program, created in conjunction with Deakin University, focuses on stress management, the creation of values-based goals and desires, as well as learning self-acceptance and loving kindness. 

The Empower Program is now running online throughout Australia and is available for members and non-members.
