We'd love to invite you to join our 2022 Shine Challenge to kickstart your motivation for the year, settle into a good routine, get to know fabulous people and feel fitter and healthier than ever before.
This is a 6-week program where we focus on improving our overall fitness, prepare healthy (and yummy!) food, learn valuable skills to manage our nutrition, dedicate time to our mental wellbeing and improve our confidence. We're women - we can do whatever we set our minds to!
We call it a challenge, but it's more of a journey. The first few weeks are about being accountable, learning new exercises and skills and increasing your physical and mental health and fitness.
When you finish the challenge, you'll be set to continue the rest of the year on a high, knowing exactly what you want to do next and how to achieve it.
