Makes one ball. Increase the recipe to make a batch for the week!

  • 10g coconut flour
  • 4g protein powder (low carb, high protein)
  • 1 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ tsp honey
  • 10g dates
  • 10g dried apple


  1. Finely chop dates and dried apple.
  2. Add ingredients into a bowl and mix until well combined. Roll the mixture into a ball. Serve or refrigerate to eat later.
