SH’BAM is a fun, exciting and super addictive dance workout, which requires absolutely no dance experience – just a smile and some energy! Your SH’BAM instructor will guide you through a series of simple and sassy dance moves, all set to an awesome party playlist.
This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It’s best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
