RideRXT is a program based in the cycle studio, using a combination of intermittent cycling and upper body and core strength with resistance bands. The structure ensures your time is used to improve strength, power and get results fast. This class is open to all fitness levels. Speak to the instructor about modifying exercises to suit your goals. It's best to bring a water bottle and towel to every class.
