HIIT Step

A 30 minute body weight interval training class incorporating exercise on a step. HIIT Step specifically targets the lower body, increasing strength in the legs and glutes whilst also providing a great upper body workout at the same time. Open to intermediate and advanced members. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
