Three areas many women love to train include core, butt and thighs - and for good reason. This class specifically focuses on strengthening your lower body and core, while toning muscles and shaping the body. One of our most loved classes, you'll be working up a sweat while working major and minor muscle groups - you'll be absoultely glowing by the end of class. Open to all levels, this class welcomes beginners, intermediate and advanced members, as exercise intensity can be decreased or increased depending on what you're comfortable with. Make sure you bring along a towel, water bottle and your motivation to move!
