Food & Mood

Your weekly Food & Mood workshops will take place each week in your club. Get prepared by clicking on the Food & Mood button below, where you will find all of your program info, pre-program activities, recipe plans, resources, and more.

Get Moving

To track your progress throughout the challenge, you can join the national MOVEs challenge via the Fernwood App. MOVEs is a way of tracking different types of fitness activities. No matter your age or fitness level, the MOVEs you collect depend on the activity you have chosen and how active you are. MOVEs let you compare your activity with your friends and challenge them for fun. For optimal results, you should aim to collect at least 1000 MOVEs per day.

Simply open the Fernwood App, scroll down to find the ‘Join Our Challenges’, select the Shine Challenge image and hit “Join The Challenge”. If you need any assistance please ask a friendly Fernwood team member.
