We’re not sure if you’ve heard the exciting news, but our Rise Challenge is about to start in Fernwood clubs around Australia – even our friends in Victoria can sign up – and will involve six weeks of commitment to supporting fitness, wellness and of course nourishment through delicious and easy to follow recipes and meal plans.
If you’ve never done a challenge like this before never fear, because we step you through what’s involved, including workouts of the week, fitness plans and tracking your progress. A health and fitness challenge can be a great way to kickstart your motivation, create a fitness routine to improve accountability and learn new exercises.
With the addition of wellness-based exercises like yoga and Pilates, as well as food plans and recipes, this Rise Challenge offers a holistic approach to health and wellbeing. Depending on which package you select at your local Fernwood club, you may also get to participate in our Empower program, which we like to call wellness for the modern woman.
