You'll definitely want to try this healthy chocolate mousse recipe made with Greek yogurt and dark chocolate - talk about delicious. Plus, this yummy treat only contains about 1030KJ, plus has 12g of protein! Watch how easy it is to make, and scroll down for the full recipe.

 

Serves: 2

Ingredients

  • 40ml milk
  • 50g dark chocolate (90%)
  • 10g honey
  • 300g Greek yoghurt (non-fat)

Method

  1. Heat milk in a small saucepan over a gentle heat. Add chopped or grated chocolate and gently mix until milk and chocolate are fully combined. Add a squeeze of honey and mix. Cool mixture to room temperature.
  2. Mix chocolate mixture with yoghurt until well combined. Chill for about 1 hour before serving with extra grated chocolate and fresh raspberries.

Tip: To create an interesting pattern, try spooning yoghurt and chocolate mixture in layers before refrigerating.
