- 40ml milk
- 50g dark chocolate (90%)
- 10g honey
- 300g Greek yoghurt (non-fat)
- Heat milk in a small saucepan over a gentle heat. Add chopped or grated chocolate and gently mix until milk and chocolate are fully combined. Add a squeeze of honey and mix. Cool mixture to room temperature.
- Mix chocolate mixture with yoghurt until well combined. Chill for about 1 hour before serving with extra grated chocolate and fresh raspberries.
