It’s Christmas in July, and what better way to celebrate than with our super yummy, super festive and super easy Gingerbread Bliss Balls.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup of softened pitted dates
  • ½ cup almond meal
  • ¾ cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ginger
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in blender until combined
  2. Roll into balls and refrigerate
  3. Enjoy!
