- 75g cauliflower
- 100g broccoli
- 1 egg
- 20g breadcrumbs
- 10g Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp chilli powder
- ½ garlic clove
- Preheat oven to 190°C.
- Steam the broccoli and cauliflower until they are cooked but still slightly crisp.
- Add the cauliflower and broccoli to a food processor and process until combined.
- Add the egg, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, chilli flakes and garlic to the broccoli mixture and pulse until combined.
- Line a baking tray with baking paper. Scoop balls of the broccoli mixture onto the tray. Bake for about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cold and enjoy.
