These protein packed apple pie bars are so delicious, you won't believe they're good for you too. This is just one of the MANY recipes available via MyFernwood.

Serves: 1


  • 28g dates
  • 2 ½ g almonds
  • 2 ½ g protein powder (low carb, high protein)
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 5g dried apple


  1. Finely chop almond, walnut*, dates and apple.
  2. Add ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  3. Place baking paper on a small plate and form the mixture into a bar and place on the plate.
  4. Place in the refrigerator and let cool. Once cooled serve and enjoy.

*Measurement is for chopped tbsp - you may purchase your walnuts whole so make sure to measure after you have finely chopped them.
