These protein packed apple pie bars are so delicious, you won't believe they're good for you too. This is just one of the MANY recipes available via MyFernwood.
- 28g dates
- 2 ½ g almonds
- 2 ½ g protein powder (low carb, high protein)
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tbsp chopped walnuts
- 5g dried apple
- Finely chop almond, walnut*, dates and apple.
- Add ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Place baking paper on a small plate and form the mixture into a bar and place on the plate.
- Place in the refrigerator and let cool. Once cooled serve and enjoy.
*Measurement is for chopped tbsp - you may purchase your walnuts whole so make sure to measure after you have finely chopped them.
