At Fernwood Shepparton, we understand that all women are different. That's why we offer a variety of workout options, from both yoga and circuits to weights and cardio - we offer it all!

We support our members and offer Personal Training and Nutrition coaching services to help keep you motivated towards achieving your health and fitness goals. Our childminding area allows you to drop off the kids while you enjoy your workout time.  

We are located opposite the Shepparton Show Grounds in High Street.
