A mere stone's throw...600 metres to be exact from our old home on Bell Street Preston. Completely fitted out with Fernwood's fresh and fun vibe, getting fit has never looked so good! Leading edge Life Fitness cardio equipment will ensure that you burn through those calories. iPod compatibility means that you can watch your fave chick flick while clocking up kilometres. USB compatibility means that you can download your workout data and keep tabs on your progress and you turn into a fit fox. We're fans of helping you build sexy lean musle to shape the healthy body you want. Machine weights, an extensive range of free weights and extra equipment will give your training an edge. The energy in the club will have you mentally planning your next session before you've even jumped off the treadmill. Our Group Fitness Studio houses all the Les Mills faves, a few freestyle classes and 4 BRAND NEW classes that are exclusive to the area. We have extended our timetable and hours to fit an extra 12 classes in. All the little luxuries that make Fernwood the place for all foxy ladies are also available. Complimentary breakfast is available on weekday mornings from 6am - 8am and there is also a space to have a little coffee and chat while waiting for your class to start. Our impeccable change room contains complimentary toiletries and lockers to keep all your gear safe while you train. Our team is a passionate and lively bunch. They live, eat, sleep and breathe fitness and are big on walking the talk. When we're not working with you to bring you closer to your goals you can find us sweating it out in the club, in a class or even training each other. We have fostered a culture of savvy women who know exactly what they want and will work hard to get it.
