Our exciting Group Fitness timetable includes Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Combat, Pilates, Yoga, Boxing Circuits, Step TTT & Zumba! Access to all of these classes is included in your membership, as well as complementary breakfast until 9am, fresh fruit daily, shampoo, conditioners, body wash, body lotion plus many other little treats.
