Fernwood Cairnlea opened in 2008 and features brand new facilities and state of the art equipment. We offer our members a great variety of fitness classes including Les Mills, yoga, pilates and freestyle aerobics. We also have easy access to parking, and offer complimentary breakfast and toiletries it’s no wonder our members tell us they love it here! Our experienced staff are always ready to offer assistance and advice to keep you motivated towards achieving your health and fitness goals.
