Fernwood Bellpost has been helping women reach their health and fitness goals since 2003. We offer a wide range of group fitness classes as well as the Simplicity weight management program.

A brand new studio cycle area and LCD screen fitness equipment has recently been introduced. We are conveniently located within a shopping centre and with easy access to free parking.

At Fernwood Gym Bell Post we also offer the following: Body Attack, Personal Training,   Pilates Classes,  Body Pump, Body Balance, Studio Cycle, Weight Coach, Gym Membership and more.
