We offer our members a great range of services in the most up to date facilities with 30 Group Fitness classes per week, including the latest craze ZUMBA (6 classes per week), boxing, Les Mills range of classes including Body Pump, Step and Body Vive plus our famous Yoga 2 hour Sunday class, we have a great range of lunchtime classes for the working Fox .
