Enthusiastic and driven women can apply for Full-time, Part-time and Casual positions in various health and
fitness areas where they can showcase their strengths, take advantage of a learning environment, enhance their

Where do I best fit in?

Receptionists
|
The Face of the Fernwood Health Clubs. Will have outgoing personalities and positive, can-do attitudes
with the ability to multi-task as you direct members and queries that may come your way.
|
|
Member Motivators
|
Encouraging our members to get to where they want to be. Will have Certificate III in Fitness, current
Senior First Aid Certificate, and registration with State Fitness Association. You will be responsible
for coordinating and encouraging activity on the gym floor, you will ensure a positive Fernwood experience
for our members.

|
Personal Trainers
|
Showing our members how to get to where they want to be. Will have minimum Certificate IV in Fitness,
current Senior First Aid Certificate, and registration with State Fitness Association.
With your expertise & belief in Strength Training for women you will deliver results for clients
that they never thought possible!

Group Fitness Instructors
|
Help our members build their confidence & have fun. Will use their energetic, outgoing personalities
to ensure our members are having fun while getting fit! You will have Certificate III in Fitness,
current Senior First Aid Certificate, and registration with State Fitness Association.

|
Food Coaches
|
It’s not all about weights, we need to eat right too! Will have passion for knowledge in nutrition &
weight management and how it contributes to and enhances results achieved on the gym floor.
Natural motivators with compassion and empathy will make successful coaches.

|
Membership Sales Consultants
|
Driving the passion in the marketplace. Will be able to bring together all the benefits of our products and services to show how investment in a fit and healthy lifestyle can prove positive in all areas. You will have some experience driving local area marketing, achieving agreed targets and feel comfortable with your creative initiatives to drive success in our business.

Fitness Club Coordinators
|
Will be able to use their organisational skills to manage rosters and coordinate activities of all technical staff, assisting the Club Manager in leading the club, team and members to success. You will have Certificate IV in Fitness.
|
|
Club Managers
|
Will have business acumen and look for the challenge to be empowered to manage the club as their own business to drive and develop. A highly accountable role, you will need to have strong leadership skills and the ability to drive and achieve positive results.

Corporate Opportunities
|
You may be more interested in the Corporate side of things, where you work behind the scenes to drive initiatives and activities supporting the network, making them confident to build their own success. Look out for positions that may become available in Marketing, Business Development, Franchise Development, Finance, IT, Fernwood Learning, Product Management, Compliance and Human Resources.
