At Fernwood Browns Plains our purpose is simple - we want you to shine! Our friendly staff and amazing members will make you feel welcome. We pride ourselves on the fact that the women who join us are of every age, height, shape, and fitness level.

Fernwood are the experts in women’s fitness and weight management.  We offer a wide range of group fitness classes, circuits, personal training, an accredited weight management program, and specialised exercise equipment.

We understand that squeezing time for your own health and fitness into your busy day is challenging. That’s why we open at 5.30am and close at 8.30pm on weekdays as well as offer convenient weekend hours. We also have great child minding facilities and easy access to parking,
