Welcome to Fernwood Woonona. Our spacious club is in a landmark Heritage building which was formally the old Vista Picture Theatre. We offer a great range of group fitness, nutrition advice, weight loss programs and wonderful childcare to give mums some time out to enjoy their workout or to relax in our members lounge. As one of our foundation members says, Fernwood Woonona is “my club”, and we hope you’ll make Fernwood Woonona your club too! 

At Fernwood Gym Woonona we are proud to offer the following Services: Weight Loss, Gym Membership, Personal Training and Cell IQ. PLUS do don't pay any extra for our Groupfitness classes! Keep your workouts interesting and get great results with our 1 hour classes like Zumba, Yoga, Pilates, Body Pump, RPM, Combat, Cross Training or if you're a bit pushed for time or you're just getting back into your fitness try our 30 minute express classes like Studio Cycle, Boxing,Fitball, TTT (Tails,Thighs & Tummy's)and Circuits
